Privacy Policy — Text Messaging

This policy explains what we do with information collected through our text messaging program. It supplements any other privacy policy we publish.

What we collect

When you sign up for text messages from LADI, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• Your name
• The date, time, and method by which you gave consent
• Records of messages we send you and your replies
• Your opt-in and opt-out history

How we use it

We use this information only to:

• Send the messages you agreed to receive
• Respond when you reply
• Honor opt-out requests
• Keep records proving consent, as carriers and regulators require

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not use your phone number for any messaging program other than the one you opted into.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who make the messaging work, and only to that end:

• Twilio Inc. — our messaging platform, which transmits the messages
• Mobile carriers — who deliver them to your handset

These providers may not use your information for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

Your choices

• Stop messages at any time: reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and nothing after that.
• Get help: reply HELP, or call us at (732) 542-1400.
• Ask what we hold, or request deletion: call us at (732) 542-1400, or write to the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Opting out of texts does not affect your employment, your route assignments, or your ability to order from LADI, and it does not change any other part of your relationship with us.

How long we keep it

Consent and opt-out records are retained for at least four years, as carrier and regulatory requirements expect. Message content is retained per our standard business records schedule.

Security

We limit access to this information to employees and service providers who need it to operate the messaging program.

Children

Our messaging program is for our staff and business customers. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly enroll minors.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will post the update here and revise the date above.
